AZO Dispersion Features:
1. Maximum tolerable temperature can reach 1975°C;
2. High temperature stability is very strong;
3. For good quality coating, its lowest resistivity could reach 6 × 10-4Ω.cm;
4. Can be used for transparent insulating film, IT industries and transparent conductive film.
